1. What We Collect

When you use the AlphaFeed Telegram bot, we collect:

  • Your Telegram user ID, username, and first name (provided by Telegram)
  • Your subscription tier and payment history (amounts in USDC, Solana wallet addresses)
  • Your alert preferences (signal thresholds, watchlist)
  • Token positions you manually add via "I Bought It"

2. How We Use It

  • To deliver real-time memecoin alerts to your Telegram account
  • To process and verify payments on the Solana blockchain
  • To personalise alert thresholds and content based on your preferences
  • To improve the AI scoring model using anonymised performance data

3. Data Storage

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. We use Redis for short-lived caching. No data is sold to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Telegram — message delivery (subject to Telegram's own privacy policy)
  • Groq / Anthropic — AI model inference for signal scoring (no personal data is included in prompts)
  • Dexscreener / Rugcheck / Helius — on-chain data fetching (public blockchain data only)
  • Sentry — error monitoring (anonymised stack traces only)

5. Blockchain Data

Solana wallet addresses used for payments are public by nature of blockchain technology. We store the deposit address associated with your account to process payments.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Closed accounts are anonymised after 90 days. Trading position data is retained for performance tracking.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via Telegram. Note that on-chain payment records are immutable and cannot be deleted.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS, hashed session tokens, and no plaintext storage of sensitive values. API keys are stored as environment variables, never in code.

9. Children

AlphaFeed is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
